Garden Experience Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or registering for a Planted Prayer Garden Co. experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

Full payment is required to reserve your space unless otherwise stated. Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

Because our experiences require advance purchasing of plants, materials, food, and venue reservations, all ticket sales are considered final.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest up to 48 hours before the event by emailing us with the new guest's information.

If Planted Prayer Garden Co. must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose to:

Transfer your registration to the new event date, or

Receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for travel expenses, hotel accommodations, or other costs incurred due to event changes.

Event Changes

Workshop projects, instructors, activities, venues, menus, gifts, merchandise, and plant varieties may vary slightly based on seasonal availability or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when necessary.

Food & Dietary Needs

Our experiences often include light bites and beverages.

While we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences when possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe food allergies attend at their own discretion.

Gardening Activities

Gardening involves the use of soil, hand tools, plants, fertilizers, and natural materials.

By participating, you understand that minor risks such as cuts, scratches, insect bites, allergic reactions, muscle soreness, or dirty clothing may occur.

Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes when appropriate.

Health & Personal Responsibility

Guests are responsible for participating at a level that feels appropriate for their own health and physical abilities.

If you have medical conditions, allergies, mobility concerns, or other limitations that may affect your participation, please notify us before the event.

Liability Waiver

By attending a Planted Prayer Garden Co. experience, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planted Prayer Garden Co., its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, property damage, or loss arising from participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Photography & Video

Our events may be photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By attending, you grant Planted Prayer Garden Co. permission to use photographs or video in which you may appear across our website, social media, email marketing, printed materials, and other promotional channels without additional compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a member of our team upon arrival, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Children

Unless otherwise specified, our experiences are designed for adults. Children may only attend if the event specifically states they are welcome and a ticket has been purchased for them when required.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and encouraging environment.

Planted Prayer Garden Co. reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, discriminatory, or creates an unsafe environment for guests or staff. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, presentations, handouts, recipes, educational content, guides, photography, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Planted Prayer Garden Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Force Majeure

Planted Prayer Garden Co. shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, venue closures, public health emergencies, utility interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
